Pole Lathe Turned Cawl Bowl

These bowls are great for every day use, be it for your favourite breakfast or a nice hearty soup for dinner.

The name comes from the Welsh word for soup or stew. I was asked by St Fagans National History Museum to turn some Cawl bowls for sale at their shop, and they work so nicely that they have become part of my standard range.

Turned on a pole lathe from birch and finished with Cold Pressed Linseed oil
